Return and Cancellation Policy

Our sheer obligation to clients enables us to work closely together with every customer. Our focus remains in the satisfaction of our clients. In case, you are not satisfied with our services, we have 7 days replacement policy same as other marketplace. Kindly go through all the conditions cited in the product before purchasing it, it delivers all the details about the services or the product you buy.

If dissatisfied from our product quality, customers have the right to ask for replacement with 7 days.Our return and cancellation policy are as follows:

Returns Policy

How the return works ?

We offer 7 days replacement of all purchased items without asking you any explanation.

We usually deliver within 2-3 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

For replacement you need to contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

When can I get my order delivered to me?

After placement of the order we usually deliver within 2-3 working days. The delivery period for each items are mentioned in the items page and in the shopping bag link. If you order multiple items and different delivery times, we consider the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time.

Purchasing from is like a piece of cake and complete peace of mind.

In you find any manufacturing defect, you can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide the replacement after checking all the items. the replacement request will be cancelled by us, in case of 3-time failure of reverse pickup or two weeks passed after pickup was initiated for the first time.

  • Some additional guidelines:
    • Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns but not incase those orders which have been damaged by the customers themselves apart from regular usage.  
    • Please ensure that you pack items securely and safely to avoid any loss or destruction through transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we request you to use a trustworthy courier service.  
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and arrange for replacement as long as the returned item is in same condition.
    • You can inform us in 7 days upon reception of the parcel by writing to us at Kindly ensure that the items are safely packed and handed over to our pick-up person.
    • We will organize a reverse pickup once for exchanging an order. If exceeded more than once, then reverse shipment charges will be endured by the customer.
    • when Return Form are used by your behalf to dispatch the Return from your end for quicker response, point D) will apply
    • We won’t reimburse the shipping charges
  • What can I return?

Any products ordered from can be returned within 7 days of delivery to get replacement. Any items with manufacturing defects can be returned within 7 days of delivery and will be exchanged after we have received it in our warehouse. products supposed to return must be returned with original packaging intact and original tags used when you received them.

Try avoiding any product damage during the trial phase to ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team.

  • How do I return products to Ovantica?

It takes an easy 2 step process:

  • You can write to us at with your registered email ID and with your order ID & registered phone number if you want our customer service team to assist you.

1. If you have chosen for Ovantica to establish the pickup of returns, our logistics team would consolidate the pickup in 48-72 hours of assignment of the pickup application. Kindly do confirm that you will be available with the shipment before handing over the return to the pickup team.

2. In case, your pin code is not covered by our pickup services, you may require to self-ship the return item. All returned products goes through the inspection phase before we carry out the replacement.

3. Please retain your shipping receipt. In case you are self-shipping your returns to us, and update the details through customer care on 09150275508 or email us the tracking info on so that we can track the delivery of your returns to us. During self-shipped, if products are damaged then We will not be liable for items damaged.

4. The shipping charge is non-refundable.

  • Where do I send my return?

In cases of both pickup and self-shipping, you must ensure that your address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the OvanticaGlobal order # please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.,

  • How long will the process takes?

Based upon your location, the process might take up to 15 days. It also depends upon the courier services as well, once received, we will initiate the replacement after it passed our inspection process which might take 48 hours. Meanwhile, we will keep you informed of the replacement process, by sending your email notification about the status of the return process.

  • Any charge for returning products?

We provide one free reverse shipment. We also don’t charge for any pickup or services arranged by us. If your pin code doesn’t include in our pickup service or you don’t want to wait for pickup service, you can always ship the items to us at our “Return Desk”.

  • Can I request delivery outside India?
Now, only delivers within India.
